The Product
Money on Autopilot is a digital product: a set of downloadable files that walk you through setting up a simple, automatic money system using your own bank accounts. It is an educational and organizational tool, provided for your personal use.
License to Use
When you buy the Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, or otherwise make the Product or its contents available to others, whether for free or for payment.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Product and on the Site, including text, files, graphics, and design, is owned by Money for Your Brain and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as needed for your own personal use of the Product.
Price and Payment
The Product is offered for a one-time payment of $19 (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Square. Prices may change in the future, but any change will not affect a purchase you have already made.

The Product involves using your own bank accounts and their features, such as automatic transfers, and your purchase is processed through Square. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, fees, or policies of your bank, Square, or any other third party.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Money for Your Brain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Product. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Site and Product lawfully and not to misuse them, including not attempting to copy, resell, or distribute the Product, and not interfering with the operation of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Utah, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the Site or Product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
